BJs, WBs, and Rowing for 7/28/2017

For those going whitewater rafting, make sure you check your emails and Facebook for information regarding start times, what to bring, and carpool opportunities.

During today’s WOD, be sure to scale to allow you to keep moving for the entire minute.  None of these movements are overly skillful or complicated, and that’s the point.  You won’t get any transition time between, so you will be moving for 3 minutes and then take a minute rest.
