Clean and Jerks, DUs, and Situps for 8/9/2017

Some of you may recognize the middle of today’s WOD.  CrossFit has WODs named after females.  One is Annie.  Annie is a For Time WOD of 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 Double Unders and Situps.  We will be doing it today with 10 Clean and Jerks on both sides of the WOD.  Think about last week’s Hero WOD when you are picking your scale today.  We want those Clean and Jerks to be heavy.
