As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes:

2 Stair climbs to the 2nd floor carrying a medball (20/14)
5 Handstand Pushups
10 Power Cleans (115/75)

    Platinum: As written above. Handstand Pushups for this workout are strict in the Platinum scaling

    Steel:

    AMRAP 15 Min

    2 stair climbs to second floor with Medball (20/14)
    5 Kipping or strict Handstand Pushups
    10 Power Cleans (95/65)

    Brass:

    AMRAP: 15 min

    2 stair climbs to second floor with medball (20/14)
    3 Handstand Pushups or a progression
    10 Power Cleans (95/65)

    Note: If you are able to go inverted and hit your head to a target, do so.

    Note: If you usually use an abmat for your handstand pushups, try not to use it for this WOD, i.e. touch your head yto the ground.

    Bronze:

    AMRAP 15 Min

    2 stair claims to second floor with medball (14/10)
    3 Progression handstand pushups
    10 Power Cleans (75/55-45)

    Cash out was 3 rounds of L-sit holds. Fantastic performance by Megan! Her abs are ready for Summer!

    First time doing Handstand pushups in a WOD and was so exciting! Looking forward to getting stronger and removing the abmats.
