DT For 10/2/2017

It is the beginning of October.  That means we have a new Fundamentals class starting today.  If you see new faces around the gym, be sure to say hi and introduce yourself.

We have another benchmark WOD today.  DT is a Hero WOD consisting of Deadlifts, HP Cleans, and Jerks.  This WOD has shown up twice at the CrossFit Games in the past couple of years.  First, it was heavy DT during which the Games Athletes had to do the same rep scheme we are doing today, but with heavier weight.  The second time, Dave Castro made it Double DT, so the reps were twice as many.
