Today’s WOD is a helping us accumulate volume over multiple rounds. Sometimes, in our discussions on intensity, we talk about the principle of time under tension. This is essentially the amount of time a particular muscle group is contracting and moving our bodies. The basic idea is that the more time the muscle is contracting, the more development we are able to achieve. This workout will build some volume over multiple rounds instead of doing of the reps for that movement at once. Are your muscles able to recover between rounds?
