DUs, Pushups, and Squats for 10/16/2017

It’s the start of the week.  We will be testing our 1 rep Snatch next week, so make sure you get your strength work in today.  The Metcon is high cardio and bodyweight.  Conserve your energy during each minute, but maximize your time.
