It’s Benchmark Week!!! Another classic CrossFit WOD is the named WOD Kelly. We did this WOD last summer and people struggled through the blistering heat. We moved the WOD this year to a cooler time of the year. It is a longer one. Pace it from the beginning and don’t try to go unbroken on the Box Jump or Wall Balls unless you are sure your gas tank will survive.
