Max Effort Deadlift for 8/14/2017

Time to test a another max effort lift.  Today, we will be pulling heavy things from the ground as we test our max effort Deadlift.  Make sure you keep you back flat and pull with your hamstrings and glutes.  Losing position will cause the weight to transfer to your low back and will either cause you a lot of discomfort or it may injure your spine.
