Push Press Max Effort for 7/27/2017

Don’t forget, we will be going Whitewater Rafting on Sunday.  As such, we will not be open for Open Gym.

We are continuing finding our 1 rep max effort lifts today.  For those who have a 1 rep, you will work on a percentage as we steadily increase our weight.  Then, you will be provided an opportunity to find a 1 rep max.  For those who do not have a previous 1 rep, you will have time to find it today.
