SDHPs, KB Swings, Triple Unders, and Running 8/15/2017

This week marks the first ever Industrial Athletics Team Competition.  Make sure your team is ready.  If you have any loose ends to tie up, be sure to talk with Jen or Matt.

Today’s WOD will challenge the entire system.  The first two movements will wear out the body and make it hard to perform the high skill triple unders.  Those who have great body position while jumping rope will be able to quickly adapt.  Those who struggle with maintaining a good hollow position while jumping rope may start to fail.  Try not to let frustration hold you back.

30 KB Swings (1.5/1)
15 Triple Unders
Run 400m
