Squat Snatches and Back Squats for 9/11/2017

We are starting the week heavy.  First, we will work on heavy squat snatches.  If you are proficient with your snatches, work on your catching position at the bottom of your squat.  For those still getting comfortable with squat snatches, practice power snatching and immediately dropping into an overhead squat.
