Todays’ WOD has a higher skill movement with the muscle ups. Once fatigue sets in with the arms, the burpee muscles will slow down significantly. Therefore, keep your pace in mind as you start this WOD. 15 Minutes is a long time to work 2 movements. However, those who pace correctly will be able to keep up a fast pace for the entire 15 minutes.
