Thrusters and Pullups for 8/8/2017
If you have been doing CrossFit for a while, you know the brutal combination of Thrusters and Pullups. Today’s WOD is like a long drawn out Fran that is going to crush the upper body. The thrusters should be quick. Be sure to pick a scale based on the pullups. That is where most people will slow down.
