We are kicking off December with a classic CrossFit workout, the Bear Complex. The goal of the Bear is to move the most weight through 7 repetitions of a barbell Complex. You will complete 7 rounds of 7 reps. 1 Rep passes through each of the movements listed below. Don’t let go of the bar, and don’t let the bar stop on the ground, or the rep doen’t count.
