    Everyone is a Platinum. Lift some heavy weight, keep good form, and find that 1 rep max.

    If you have never done a Split Jerk before, today is a good time to ask a coach for a lesson.

    If this is your first time, and you are not comfortable with the Split Jerk, you may Push Jerk with the coach’s approval.

    PR’d my split jerk by 3# with a one rep 128#. I’m sure I can do more, but need to work on form!
