As we annouced last week, our gymnastics movement this month is max effort handstand pushups in 1 minute. Not only is there a lot of skill and strength involved in handstand pushups, but also a lot of endurance necessary in a small muscle group in order to pump out reps with little rest. Some of our practice this month will be designed to increase muscular endurance.
