Double Unders and OHS for 9/14/2017

In the spirit of constantly trying to create new workouts to challenge our skills, today is no different.  The double unders will tax your arms, shoulders, and lungs.  Then, concentrate hard as you pick up a barbell, snatch it over your head, and perform the challenging overhead squat.
