DU’s and Running for 9/8/2017

It is still warm out, so we need to get in our running before the weather gets cold.  CrossFit is constantly varied movement, so we have to try different things to prepare for the unknown and unknowable.  Even if jumping rope and running aren’t your favorite movements, don’t cherry pick this workout.  You will never get better at something you aren’t good at if you avoid it.
