Hang Power Cleans for 10/15/2018

Throughout the last few months, we have been adding various heavy lifts to our regular programming. These are heavy lifts that we wouldn’t normally test, like a max effort 3 rep front squat.

Today is another example. Make sure you can hold on for all 5 reps.
