Today’s WOD is a skill WOD. That means we won’t be recording a result. We are challenging you to spend your time focusing on your movement quality. If you are going to do Knees to Elbows, make sure you knees actually touch your elbows every rep. If you can already do that well, make then strict.

The Turkish Get Up is a movement we don’t see much at all. It will challenge your core strength, balance, and coordination.
