Our October Continuing Fitness Education is today at 10am. During the hour, we will concentrate on one aspect of the Split Jerk to help you add 5 lbs. We will then test your Split Jerk to see if you can achieve the October Challenge of adding 5 lbs to your max lift.
Prior to the CFE, we will have regular Open Gym for those who want to come to IA to do what they want.
