Rowing and Jerks for 10/5/2017

Today’s WOD is similar to other interval training WODs we have done.  The score for today’s WOD will combine the number of calories rowed with the number of jerk reps completed.  Therefore, you can’t take it too easy on the rower because you won’t get any reps.  At time same time, don’t burn out on the rower or you will too out of breath to pick up the heavy Jerk barbell.
