Shoulder Press Variations for 1/15/2018

There’s only a few days left to sign up for this year’s Open Team Competition at IA.  Make sure you don’t miss it.

With Split Jerks as our max lift this month, we are going to work on our shoulder strength today.  The idea is to complete this complex without re-racking the bar.  If you find your max early, drop the weight by 5-10lbs and perform a few heavy sets until the end of time.
